Coaching for people who actually run the business.

Most coaching is advice from someone who has never had a Tuesday like yours. Anit runs four businesses. Every fortnight, he is the person asking whether you did the thing you said you would do.

The actual problem

The problem is not knowing. It is Wednesday.

Almost every owner can name the thing holding the business back inside ninety seconds. Quotes that never got followed up. A person who should have been let go last year. Prices that have not moved since 2022.

Nobody needs a consultant to find that. The issue is that Wednesday happens. A job goes sideways, someone rings at 6am, and the thing you were going to fix stays unfixed for another quarter.

That is the problem coaching genuinely solves: making sure the important thing gets done ahead of the urgent one, every single fortnight.

Inside every session
  1. 1
    First

    Review last time’s three

Out loud. Did it happen, yes or no? The accountability at the front is what makes the commitments at the back mean anything.

  2. 2
    Then

    Work the constraint

The one thing we are fixing this quarter, with the numbers on the table.

  3. 3
    Last

    Agree the next three

A name and a date on each, before you leave the room.

Not a workshop. Not a slide deck. You bring what is in front of you.

The two formats

Same structure, different intensity

Most people start on Momentum. A few move up; some move down once things settle, which is a good sign. The right fit is agreed after the Health Check, not before.

Most start here

Momentum

For owners who know roughly what needs doing, and need someone holding the line.

  • Ninety-minute session every month
  • Twenty-minute check-in every fortnight
  • One in-person session each quarter (Sydney)
  • Email and text between sessions, answered the same business day
  • Six areas re-scored every quarter

Mid-change

Intensive

For owners in the middle of something: a growth push, a restructure, or getting out of the day-to-day.

  • Ninety-minute session every fortnight
  • Fifteen-minute call every week
  • One in-person session each month (Sydney)
  • Half-day planning session at the start and at six months
  • Six areas re-scored every quarter

Fees are not published here. They are covered on the call, in writing, once we both know what you actually need. Three-month minimum, then month to month.

Why this is different

Coaching that can pick up a keyboard

A team that can build it

When the constraint is your website, enquiry handling, follow-up sequences or job system, Ascentix specialists can build it. Never an obligation.

AI is part of the work

Two years of testing AI across four real businesses, and the honest version of what survived. Where it saves hours, it goes into the plan.

Four businesses, not four case studies

Ex-McKinsey engagement lead, ICF-credentialled coach, and someone who has met a payroll.

01

Home care

Regulated, rostered and audited. What compliance really costs in hours.

02

Construction

Quotes, variations, subcontractors and weather. Cash that arrives late.

03

Marketing & IT

What agencies charge for, and what it is actually worth.

04

Hospitality

Rosters, suppliers, thin margins, and the difference a bad Saturday makes.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not

Yes

A good fit

  • 01Owners of businesses with roughly one to fifty people
  • 02Trades and contracting, care and allied health, hospitality, professional services, retail
  • 03Busy and profitable enough to survive, and stuck where growth costs you your weekends
  • 04People who want to work fewer hours and earn more for each hour they do work
No

Not a good fit

  • Anyone in genuine cash trouble. That is an accountant or a restructuring adviser first, early rather than late
  • Anyone looking for a guaranteed return
  • Anyone who wants the work done for them without changing how they operate
  • Start-ups with no revenue yet. There is nothing to diagnose
Three steps, one scorecard

How people start

Most coaching clients come through the free webinar or the free Health Check first. The same six areas run through all three.

  1. 1 Free

    Free AI webinar

Ninety minutes, live on Zoom. See where AI saves an Australian small business time, and score your six areas in the workbook.

  2. 2 Free

    Free Business Health Check

Ninety minutes, one-to-one. The same six areas scored properly, and the three things holding the business back, in order.

  3. 3 Paid

    Coaching, if you want it

One-to-one or the Growth Circle. The same six areas, re-scored every quarter, so you can see whether it is working.

Common questions

The ones people actually ask

Something else on your mind? Email Anit directly.

There is a three-month minimum term, because the first ninety days are mostly setup and the results show up after that. Beyond it, coaching runs month to month. If it stops being useful, stop.

Thirty minutes. You explain what is going on, and you get an honest view on whether coaching is the right answer. If it is not, you will hear what is. If it looks like a fit, the next step is the free Health Check.

Because what you need is not clear until the Health Check is done, and a number without that context is meaningless. Fees are covered properly on the call, in writing, with no obligation.

No. Anyone who guarantees a business outcome is guessing. The two things we hold ourselves to are more revenue per hour you personally work, and fewer hours you personally work. We measure both.

Both. In-person sessions run in Sydney. Everything else is by video and phone, so you can be coached from anywhere in the world.

Yes, and some people do. It is worth talking through on the call rather than deciding upfront.

Coaching is educational and motivational support. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it is no substitute for your accountant, bookkeeper or lawyer. No outcome is guaranteed.
